DESCRIPTION:POSSÍVEIS ÁREAS DE COOPERAÇÃO CMC – ASSOCIAÇÕES DE \nMORADORES \nPrincípios:  \n1. as áreas de cooperação devem permitir a transferência de\napoios financeiros do Município para as associações e\, como tal\, ter uma\nbase objetiva e quantificável. \n2. cada associação é livre de deliberar sobre\na sua adesão a determinada área de cooperação\, atendendo às\ncaraterísticas da sua área e aos objetivos que considera prioritários. \nInventariação de áreas possíveis: \n1. Separação de resíduos para reciclagem: atendendo a que o\nMunicípio tem metas para cumprir e despesas tanto menores\nquanto maiores forem as quantidades separadas\, é possível\nestabelecer uma base objetiva entre as quantidades separadas\npelos moradores e o seu progresso anual e o apoio a transferir pelo\nMunicípio. Importa corrigir a enorme disparidade atual da relação\nEcopontos/habitantes para que essa base seja objetiva. \n2. Manutenção de espaços verdes (incluindo plantação de árvores e\ncuidados a prestar às mesmas). Experiências das Associações de\nValverde e de Monte Formoso. \n3. Gestão de equipamentos de recreio e lazer: parques infantis\,\npequenos recintos de desporto. Experiências das Associações do\nIngote (parque infantil) e do Bairro de Celas (campo de jogos). \n4. Realização de eventos culturais e desportivos centrados na\npopulação dos bairros. Experiência do Dia dos Vizinhos. \n5. Cooperação em matéria de segurança e qualidade do espaço\npúblico: sinalização de situações de risco em pavimentos\, muros\,\ntaludes ou edifícios\, viaturas abandonadas na via pública\, danos em\nequipamentos públicos (bocas de incêndio\, postes de iluminação e\nsemáforos\, …). Experiência do Planalto Seguro. \nIniciativa de Gouveia Monteiro – Cidadãos por Coimbra.
